Pheu Thai Party, “Paethongtarn-Settha” led members of the Pheu Thai Party to make merit by offering rice and dry food to 72 monks to offer as royal merit to honor His Majesty the King on the occasion of the auspicious ceremony of His Majesty’s 6th cycle birthday anniversary on July 28, 2024.

The Pheu Thai Party organized a merit-making ceremony to offer dry food and rice to 72 monks to honor His Majesty the King on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King’s 6th cycle birthday anniversary on July 28, 2024. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Settha Thavisin, Pheu Thai Party leader Paetongtarn Shinawatra, Pheu Thai Party ministers, party leaders, MPs, and party members, including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Public Health Minister Somsak Thepsuthin, Minister of Public Health Jiraporn Sindhuphrai, Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office Chakraphong Sangmanee, Minister to the Prime Mi
nister’s Office Kriang Kalptinant, Deputy Minister of Interior, Ms. Manoporn Charoensri, Deputy Minister of Transport, Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Mr. Paopum Rojanasakul, Deputy Minister of Finance. and Ms. Phuangphet Chunladet, former Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, with monks from Wat Ratchabophit Sathit Maha Simaram Ratchaworawihan, Wat Chana Songkhram Ratchaworawihan, Wat Bowonniwet Ratchaworawihan, Wat Saket Ratchaworawihan, Wat Ratchathiwat, Wat Theplila and Wat Uthai Tharam joining in receiving alms.

After giving alms, the Prime Minister went to help the monks carry the rice and dry food that party members had brought to make merit to take back to the temple.

Then at 08.00 hrs., the Prime Minister left the Pheu Thai Party to preside over the religious ceremony of the 5 religions to offer royal merit and honor His Majesty the King on the occasion of His Majesty’s 6th cycle birthday anniversary on July 28, 2024 at the Bhakdi Bodin Building, Government House, witho
ut giving any interviews.

While Ms. Paethongtarn led members of the Pheu Thai Party in a Buddhist prayer ceremony to offer blessings to His Majesty the King.
