From the CCTV footage at approximately 10:57 p.m. on July 6, it can be seen that 2 motorcycles are driving side by side before throwing something into the restaurant by the roadside. Luckily, the object hit the trash can and bounced back onto the road, causing a loud explosion, shocking the customers sitting in the restaurant. The incident occurred on the side of Suranarai Road, Bamnet Narong District, Chaiyaphum Province.

The next day, Mr. Phongsathon, 27 years old, the shop owner, went to file a complaint with the police at Bamnet Narong Police Station to request to see the CCTV footage. He found out that the perpetrator was wearing a crash helmet and the motorcycles he was riding were a Honda PCX and a Honda Wave. The license p
lates were unknown. Even though he knew the make and model of the motorcycles, the police were still unable to find the perpetrator. This caused fear, so he came out to ask the media to help be another voice so that the public would not have to live in fear. He confirmed that he had never had any problems with anyone. He thought that he probably did it to cause trouble out of excitement, fearing that he would cause trouble for others.
